My clients' welfare and trust are my primary concern.
Your well-being will always be my priority. Respect, consideration and politeness are very important to me too! I am dedicated to continually improving myself. I need to act with integrity every day. I believe that living by my virtues will encourage me to be the ethical person I want to be. I will treat others as I wish to be treated. I will dedicate myself to acting courteously in my day-to-day interactions with others, despite my mood or current life situation. It is important to me to have a positive impact on the people I meet.
Appointments and cancellation policy
I prefer to use a personal approach and make my diary bookings – this is for my comfort as I like to know who is coming for therapy with me. I don't see many strangers as a rule. Referrals of your friends and family members are for my safety.
I understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To respect my time, your time and other clients I ask you to comply with my cancellation policy outlined below:
Notice requirement
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- To cancel or reschedule please contact me on my mobile or via WhatsApp.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost.
- Exceptions for late cancellations may be made at my discretion.
- I will send you a confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm or reschedule as needed.
- I appreciate your co-operation and understanding. I aim to provide the highest quality service and make optimal use of time for all.
Late arrival
- I understand that life can be unpredictable, however, my late arrival policy helps to maintain a quality experience for all clients, respecting both your time and mine.
- Grace period – clients have a 15-minute grace period from their start time. I will do my best to accommodate minor delays.
- Arrivals after the 15-minute grace period will result in a reduction of hands-on time during the session to avoid delays for subsequent clients. Full payment for the originally scheduled service will be charged. Regardless of reduced time and due to late arrival.
- If you are running more than 15 minutes I may have to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling fees may apply based on availability and my discretion.
- If you know that you're running late, please call me as soon as possible as this allows me to make real-time adjustments.
Chronic late arrivals
- Clients who are consistently late will be asked to pre-pay for future service or may no longer be serviced.
- By scheduling an appointment with me you acknowledge and accept these terms. Your cooperation allows me to better serve all my clients and is greatly appreciated.
No-show policy
- Life happens...but, missed appointments affect us all. Here is how I handle no-shows to ensure fairness to clients and myself!
- I require at least 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show fee.
- Missing an appointment without proper notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the booked service cost.
- Prepayment will be required after two instances within six months. Future appointments will require pre-payment.
- Gift certificate appointments that result in a no-show will forfeit the value of that session.
- Chronic no-shows will result in the discontinuation of my service.
- I reserve the right to refuse service and future appointments to any client who has a history of no-shows.
Client Confidentiality
- Massage therapists cannot share any information about clients without their authorisation. This includes details about their health, personal history, and anything discussed during sessions.
- Notes and records: Therapists maintain clear notes on massage sessions. These notes help therapists remember session details and protect them in case of client complaints. Clients have the right to access their notes if they wish.
